Without looking, I would say, No.

Handheld scanners are very old.
Handheld scanners were typically Serial interface or parallel port.
Windows XP does not do serial or parallel port drivers.

Just in case, try
http://www.logitech.com/

And try to find your model number.
Look in the site for your country, then Support or download software and
drivers.

Even though all the images don't come up, the links are functional.
Unfortuantely the website states over and again that nothing is available
for newer drivers.
Storm went under in 1998.

The only solution is to have Windows 98 as the OS on your computer or a
dual boot system with Win98 and Windows XP.

Then the drivers will work in win98.
Windows 95 drivers will work in win98 .
